Excellent service from start to finish. Quick delivery and superb quality. We just had our decking delivered by Matthew who was just amazing. So helpful, friendly and efficient. 5 stars from us.

Manufacture of the bull-nose planks is sub-standard - almost like they are adapting standard deck planks and then sanding to with an inch of their life. Shame that the outside plank can affect the whole deck. Delivery was nearer 3 weeks which when paying the very high delivery charge you expect the 7-10 days quoted.

Rang multiple times for a sample pack which 5 weeks later still has not received

Great service, quick turnaround when I needed it.

Did the job and looks good

Very poor customer service. Ordered and paid for decking which was scheduled to be delivered in 15 days.
Phoned following the 15 days and was advised decking was ready and the issue was getting a delivery driver scheduled. Wait another 2 weeks.
Phoned following the extended 2 week (5 weeks in all) to be advised the decking is sold out. I would need to re-order the decking and go back to the front of the queue.
Needless to say, I wasn't happy.. They did comply with my request for a refund, but overall a crap service and a waste of time.

The product we got was 2nd to none really can't fault it but trying to get in contact with the company and when you do get told wrong information really let's the company down this is why the 2 star was giving but it would have been 5 otherwise.

Decking arrived today and we’re really very pleased with the quality. Order was 4 weeks late but nobody could predict the chaos COVID-19 would cause and there have been stock issues with almost every outdoor product we’ve ordered, not only from Cladco, as lockdown and fab weather has had everybody doing DIY especially in the garden.
I sympathise with other customers who have had no communication re. their orders which must be very frustrating but thankfully we did not have that issue.
